Student Assistant - Ticket Office - 527085
The Student Assistant assists customers in purchasing tickets for athletic events, both in-person and over the phone. Provides guidance on seating options, event details, and pricing to ensure customers find the best-suited tickets for their needs. Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Handles difficult situations with empathy. Provides resolutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Student Caller - Fall 2025 - National Alumni Association - 527044
The Student Caller calls and speaks with the University constituents to raise funds for the National Alumni Association and The University of Alabama. Makes over 150 calls per night to alumni, parents, and friends of the institution. Supervised by Student Calling Leads and the Calling Center Coordinator.

The Warehouse Assistant provides support at Pleat by filling wholesale and online orders. Sorts and manages inventory. Keeps the warehouse clean and organized. Creates shipping labels.
Soccer Coach - Druid City Futbol Club - 527037
The Soccer Coach leads age-appropriate engaging soccer sessions. Builds strong relationships with players, families, and school or community partners. Communicates with supervisory staff regarding challenges or behavioral issues. Participates in all coach trainings and meetings.
Runner/Receptionist - Duncan Coker Associates, P.C. - 527027
The Runner/Receptionist provides general administrative and clerical support for Duncan Coker Associates, P.C. Greets visitors. Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Enters data, files, and makes copies. Delivers and picks up documents to and from external locations. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Drives a company vehicle.
Pool Operations Assistant - FALL 2025 - UREC Aquatic Center - 526996
The Pool Operations Assistant monitors and maintains proper water chemistry and filtration for pools at all UREC facilities. Handles general maintenance and cleaning of facilities and equipment. Assists with setup, on-site management, and teardown for swim meets and other special events. Provides a safe and fun environment that promotes belonging and holistic health for all.
Student Assistant - Athletic Grounds - 526793
The Student Assistant assists Athletic Grounds with pregame set up, game day operations, and post-game break down for football, baseball, and softball. Assists full time staff with the day-to-day operations of the ground’s maintenance crew. Assists Director of Sports Fields with regularly assigned tasks. Helps respective field manager as needed during scheduled shift. Restocks refrigerators in Grounds Shops with drinks. Performs light cleaning/organizational tasks around Grounds Shop. Facility Operations Assistant - UREC - 526925
The Facility Operations Assistant provides administrative and customer service support for all University Recreation (UREC) facilities. Provides excellent customer service. Monitors weight room/cardio areas. Surveys program areas for patron safety, patron check-in, equipment checkout, and problem solving.
Undergraduate Student Assistant - Computer Science - 526926
The Undergraduate Student Assistant provides general office support for the Department of Computer Science. Assists in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Student Assistant - Athletics Information Technology - 526365
The Student Assistant supports various tasks within Athletics Information Technology systems. Enters service requests into ticketing software, updates open tickets upon task completion, and inputs data to facilitate the acquisition of goods and materials. Documents techniques and inventory within Athletic IT systems. Assists users with software and system access, resetting passwords, and restoring access to campus systems or software. Provides level one walk-up and phone support to end-users for technology issues. Assists with campus-wide technology problem-solving. Additional duties as assigned.
