Real Estate Intern - The Williams Group at Keller Williams Tuscaloosa - 522228
The Real Estate Intern provides office assistance for The Williams Group at Keller Williams Tuscaloosa. Assists in putting up signs and lockboxes for listings. Removes signs and lockboxes once properties are sold. Performs office runs for commission checks and earnest money at Keller Williams Realty in Tuscaloosa. Picks up TWG office supply orders such as ink at Office Depot or signs at TuscaBlue. Updates email marketing database for the 36-Touch Plan. Inputs new listings into the Keller Williams Listing Services (KWLS) once they are active. Assists in setting up directionals with open house riders. Prepares open house flyers and sign-in sheet packets. Adds events to Google Event on the business page. Arranges for balloons to be put up on weekends or the morning of events. Provides hands-on help with the 36-Touch Plan, including creating individual newsletters for agents and scheduling agents in their personal database. Class Checker - Athletic Student Services (BBAC) - 522195
The Class Checker works closely with Bill Battle Academic Center (BBAC) academic program advisors, under the supervision of the Assistant Athletics Director of Academic Programs to assist in tracking student class attendance. Additional duties include special projects assigned requiring data collection and reporting.
Program Support Assistant - Academics (Athletics) - 522196
The Athletic Academic Program Support Assistant works under the supervision of the Assistant Athletics Director of Academic Programs and the Deputy Director of Student Services. Provides an opportunity for a post-baccalaureate individual to gain experience in athletic academic services by supporting one of the following units within Athletic Student Services: Advising, Tutorial Support, or Learning Support.
Children's Coordinator - Trinity United Methodist Church - 522174
The Children’s Coordinator teaches Children’s Sunday School and Children’s Church on Sunday mornings and coordinates volunteers to teach. Plans and implements one event for children and families per month such as Fall Festival, one day VBS, Easter Egg Hunt, Children’s Nativity, Parents’ Day Out, etc. Encourages children in their spiritual growth and maturity. Works every Sunday morning 9:00am to 12:00pm to assist teachers and teach as needed. Leads a “children’s moment” in worship or coordinates volunteers to lead a "children's moment." Recruits additional appropriate adult leaders for events as needed in compliance with the church's Safe Sanctuary policies. Provides resources for teachers and adult leaders who volunteer with children. Works in conjunction with the pastor. Coordinates work with the Youth Director and Nursery Coordinator. Communicates with parents regarding their needs and opportunities for their children and friends. Communicates regularly with volunteers and parents. The position requires an average of 15 hours per week and pays $800 per month. A background check and Safe Sanctuary Training will be required for the Children’s/Youth Coordinator. This will be provided by the church ASAP at the church's expense.

Hope Grows Center for Counseling is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to work under the direction of the Practice Owner. The Administrative Assistant will perform reception and administrative duties in a fun, dynamic group practice. Manages intake calls (answers phone and email, schedules intake appointments with appropriate therapist, answers potential client questions). Checks insurance benefits. Processes insurance claims and client invoices. Corrects insurance claims. Ensures billing practices are organized and streamlined. Takes responsibility of intake metrics (tracks incoming calls, schedules sessions, referral sources). Communicates with clinicians regarding scheduling. The Content Tutors tutor/teach course content. Guide students in meeting academic deadlines. Assist in the development of general study, planning, and time-management skills.
