The Department of Geography and the Environment at The University of Alabama invites applications for a renewable contract instructor. This is a 9-month appointment which will be for a one-year term, subject satisfactory performance reviews. The appointment will begin on August 16, 2025.

The Laboratory Assistant prepares and equips teaching labs for daily classes. Maintains, repairs, and cleans labs and lab equipment.

The RN I provides professional nursing care to patients. Reviews physicians' orders for accuracy and authorization prior to implementing them. Prescribes and initiates nursing treatment through direct, assisted, or delegation to other staff.

The Network Engineer III supports the functionality and availability of enterprise-wide mission critical University networks by performing network engineering and under close supervision. Performs moderate- to high-complexity operational network management and maintenance tasks. Participate in network problem identification, analysis, and resolution for moderate- to high-complexity problems. Assists with and contributes to strategy, planning, and design of the campus and wide-area networks. Provides guidance and training to other Network Engineers.
