The Student Assistant works with Circulation and Interlibrary Loan staff to support Library operations. Assists patrons in finding library materials. Checks materials in/out. Processes returned materials. Shelves, shifts, and maintains the order of library materials. Performs hourly walkthroughs of the building. Provides excellent customer service to patrons in person and on the phone at Library service desks. Packages and ships materials. Assists with departmental projects and other tasks as assigned.
Digital Marketing/PR Student Assistant - Culverhouse Career Center - 522500
The Digital Marketing/PR Student Assistant supports the Culverhouse Career Center staff. Oversees social media accounts. Provides website content. Develops, updates, revises, and designs marketing and promotional materials to include signage, social media graphics, and print materials. Videos and photographs events for website and social media content.

The Student Assistant assists the Associate Director in carrying out strategic marketing plans for the University Supply Store. Creates display ads. Posts events on University calendars. Preschool Teacher Assistant - Kiddie Kollege Preschool - 522539
The Preschool Teacher Assistant maintains a safe and supportive environment for young children at Kiddie Kollege Preschool. Assists teachers with carrying out lesson plans. Assists children in the bathroom or, when necessary, changing diapers. Handles basic hygiene needs such as handwashing. Prepares and serves lunch or healthy snacks. Supports preschool teachers with preferred classroom management and discipline strategies.
Church Assistant - Trinity United Methodist Church - 522540
The Church Assistants live at Trinity United Methodist Church and provide logistical and program support for their ministries. Provide general logistical and administrative support for the church. Lock and unlock the building. Survey the parking lot and tag unauthorized parkers. Provide office support. Monitor building use. Change church sign.
