Job Summary: The HR Intern for Align Precision supports the HR team through a mix of analytics, communications, operations, and general administrative work. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, recruiting, training, benefits), analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and using advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets and present trends clearly.

The position also contributes to employer branding and HR communications by creating content for LinkedIn and other platforms, showcasing company culture, and supporting internal presentations.

On the operations side, the role assists with employee documentation, benefits administration, compliance tracking, record maintenance, and audit support to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, the role partners on HR projects, supports process improvements, and provides broad support across talent, total rewards, and learning initiatives, with exposure to senior HR leadership.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.


Skills and Knowledge: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, advance proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, including pivot table and VLOOKUP) and strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HRIS systems, especially UKG/UltiPro; familiarity with manufacturing or shop floor environments; and knowledge of government-regulated industries such as Aerospace, Defense, ITAR, or DoD contracts.
