Student Assistant - Athletic Grounds - 526793
The Student Assistant assists Athletic Grounds with pregame set up, game day operations, and post-game break down for football, baseball, and softball. Assists full time staff with the day-to-day operations of the ground’s maintenance crew. Assists Director of Sports Fields with regularly assigned tasks. Helps respective field manager as needed during scheduled shift. Restocks refrigerators in Grounds Shops with drinks. Performs light cleaning/organizational tasks around Grounds Shop. Fills up turf equipment with fuel. Cleans equipment as needed. Assists with general groundskeeping duties such as walk mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing.
Facility Operations Assistant - UREC - 526925
The Facility Operations Assistant provides administrative and customer service support for all University Recreation (UREC) facilities. Provides excellent customer service. Monitors weight room/cardio areas. Surveys program areas for patron safety, patron check-in, equipment checkout, and problem solving.
Undergraduate Student Assistant - Computer Science - 526926
The Undergraduate Student Assistant provides general office support for the Department of Computer Science. Assists in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Answers and routes phone calls in a courteous manner. Files, makes copies, scans, and enters data. Assists faculty, staff, and students with departmental projects. Maintains and tidies conference rooms before and after meetings. Restocks coffee bars and supply areas. Runs on-campus errands, and provides excellent customer service to students, faculty, and visitors.
Fall Intern - The Williams Group at Keller Williams Tuscaloosa - 526936
The Fall Intern supports the Williams Group at Keller Williams Tuscaloosa. Enters data and files documents. Assists with picking up and dropping off checks. Installs and picks up signs. Supports social media and email marketing. Assists with event planning, listings, and transaction management. Other duties as assigned.
Student Assistant - Athletics Information Technology - 526365
The Student Assistant supports various tasks within Athletics Information Technology systems. Enters service requests into ticketing software, updates open tickets upon task completion, and inputs data to facilitate the acquisition of goods and materials. Documents techniques and inventory within Athletic IT systems. Assists users with software and system access, resetting passwords, and restoring access to campus systems or software. Provides level one walk-up and phone support to end-users for technology issues. Assists with campus-wide technology problem-solving. Additional duties as assigned.
