Student Assistant - Athletics Information Technology - 526365
The Student Assistant supports various tasks within Athletics Information Technology systems. Enters service requests into ticketing software, updates open tickets upon task completion, and inputs data to facilitate the acquisition of goods and materials. Documents techniques and inventory within Athletic IT systems. Assists users with software and system access, resetting passwords, and restoring access to campus systems or software. Provides level one walk-up and phone support to end-users for technology issues. Assists with campus-wide technology problem-solving. Additional duties as assigned.
Student Assistant - Student Financial and Scholarships - 526795
The Student Assistant supports the Student Financial Aid and Scholarship call center and front desk area. Assists students and families in the financial aid and scholarship process through in-person and phone call interactions.
Team Member/Shift Leader - Firehouse Subs - 526684
The Team Member/Shift Lead provides customers service for Firehouse Subs. Preps for store to open. Assembles orders. Cleans as the day progresses. Restocks stations.
