Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some evenings, weekends, & holidays required


Job Summary: The Action Card Services Specialist provides strategic planning and product research to identify industry opportunities for enhanced card services for the University. Interacts with industry and campus to shape and support of Action Card services and products. Enhances customer service and processes through the use of secure and efficient card/transaction technology and monitors results to prevent any disruptive activity to cardholder daily operations.


Additional Department Summary: Enhances customer service and processes for the department and other areas through the use of secure and efficient card and transaction technology and monitors results to prevent any disruptive activity to cardholder daily operations. Researches new technology for services and products. Creates implementation plans, provide proof-of-concept, program analysis, communications and training, assessment, and process improvement as part of the management team.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.


Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to work weekends and nights as needed for campus events and systems operations. Must be willing to travel for educational and training opportunities.

Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.


Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Customer Relations Management (CRM) and website modifications.
