The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Athletic Operations Coordinator - 521961
The Athletic Operations Coordinator provides administrative support to the coaching staff and athletic programs as assigned. Manages recruiting activities, visits made by prospective student-athletes, arrangements for all home and away contests, and promotional activities. Ensures compliance with University, SEC and NCAA guidelines.

The Systems Engineer II supports the functionality and availability of enterprise-wide mission critical University and non-critical systems by performing systems engineering and administration under limited supervision.
Healthcare Construction Contract Manager - 522230
The Healthcare Construction Contract Manager supervises and reviews contracts generated by project managers for construction and renovation projects. Executes management responsibilities and assignments of project managers. Reviews construction information for accuracy and completeness. Ensures schedules and budgets are maintained.
Transportation Maintenance Technician - 522232
The Traffic Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining and repairing parking deck gates. Maintains parking facilities and Campus roadways. Facilitates traffic flow within the University. Installs and maintains traffic and parking signage, pavement markings, and regulatory markings on curbs and sidewalks. Assists with Athletic and other special events on Campus.

OLLI Program Manager - 522210
The OLLI Program Manager oversees all aspects of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at The University of Alabama that offers members intellectual and cultural experiences in a stimulating environment for maturing adults. Manages finances, speakers, logistics, registrations, events, and fundraising. Mentors, coaches, and trains direct and indirect staff reports.
Assistant Manager Electrical Maintenance - 522211
The Assistant Manager of Electrical Maintenance manages the scheduling and assigning work for apprentices and Electricians. Schedules and delivers training. Provides technical expertise to the Electrical Maintenance Department employees. Assists in the managing, planning, scheduling, and overseeing of all activities associated with the daily requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Department as required to accomplish assigned responsibilities, projects, and goals and to provide superior maintenance operations to the University.
