The Receptionist/Runner provides customer service to clients and visitors at Duncan Coker Associates. Answers phone calls, directs inquiries, and takes messages. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Provides staff support by running errands, delivering documents, and coordinating office supplies. Maintains an organized reception area. Assists with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, copying, and binding reports. Additional duties as assigned.
Sales Associate - The UPS Store - 525851
The Sales Associate processes shipments for customers at The UPS Store. Prints, faxes, scans, and copies. Manages local mailbox customers. Assists with the Amazon return process for customers.
Lifeguard - SUMMER 2025 - UREC Aquatic Center - 525716
The UREC Lifeguards ensure the safety of patrons by surveilling pool activities and enforcing all University Recreation policies, rules, and regulations during Summer 2025. Work to prevent and respond effectively to emergencies as needed. Work at multiple facilities, including the Aquatic Center, Student Recreation Center, and Outdoor Pool Complex. This position is a critical member of the facility Emergency Action Plan.

Student Assistant - Summer 2025 - Housing Operations - 525739
The Housing Operations Student Assistant provides operations support for the Housing and Residential Communities (HRC) department. Reports directly to the Coordinator of Housing Operations for Logistics. Assists with furniture and inventory moves and relocation to all residential buildings on-campus. Assists with work orders when related to HRC. Assists with daily operations and other special projects.
