Undergraduate Student Assistant - Corner Supply Store - 522390
The Supe Store Student Assistant is responsible for various retail support activities related to an assigned area within the Supply Store. This position is located at our Corner Store location. This position will be responsible for operating a cash register, answering the telephones, serving customers, merchandising products, receiving and stocking merchandise, pulling and processing web orders, and preparing and assisting with Store events. Additional responsibilities include: cleaning floors, straightening shelves, stocking shelves, organizing stockroom, cleaning windows, dusting, cleaning and SKUing books, stocking books and supplies, and additional duties as needed.

Marketing Internship - Energy Management - 522406
The Student Marketing Intern engages students, faculty, and staff through various forms of media and events to encourage Energy Conservation on The University of Alabama campus. Creates media using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software for posters, TV media, video, and more. Works with departments on campus to create energy conservation contests and events on campus. Develops marketing plans for the upcoming Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters. Acts as a liaison between UA Energy Management and the students on campus. Additional duties as assigned.
Engineering Internship - Energy Management - 522409
The Engineering Intern supports the Energy Management staff. Assists with projects related to HVAC Design, HVAC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, utility meter reading and data evaluation, building automation systems, energy dashboard evaluation, and building energy audits. The duration of this appointment is from mid to late May 2024 through July 31, 2024. Summer hours are 20 to 40 hours per week. There is a possibility that work will continue during the Fall 2024 semester. Fall hours are 10 to 15 hours per week.
