Peer Advisor - Summer 2025 - Capstone Center for Student Success - 525582
The Peer Advisor works directly with the Capstone Center for Student Success (CCSS) Academic Advisors during Bama Bound orientation to support the advising program and enhance first-time freshmen students transition to the University. Serves as role model for the first-time freshmen. Presents information to new freshmen and their parents, providing student perspective and answering questions related to UA and CCSS. Provides CCSS tours. Explains campus resources. Assists students with course registration.
Lifeguard - SUMMER 2025 - UREC Aquatic Center - 525716
The UREC Lifeguards ensure the safety of patrons by surveilling pool activities and enforcing all University Recreation policies, rules, and regulations during Summer 2025. Work to prevent and respond effectively to emergencies as needed. Work at multiple facilities, including the Aquatic Center, Student Recreation Center, and Outdoor Pool Complex. This position is a critical member of the facility Emergency Action Plan.

Machine Learning Dataset Encoder Student Assistant - University Libraries - 525738
The University of Alabama Libraries Special Collections seeks three student research assistants to support an ORED-funded FUSE grant project, digitizing and encoding historical issues of the Crimson White student newspaper.
Student Assistant - Summer 2025 - Housing Operations - 525739
The Housing Operations Student Assistant provides operations support for the Housing and Residential Communities (HRC) department. Reports directly to the Coordinator of Housing Operations for Logistics. Assists with furniture and inventory moves and relocation to all residential buildings on-campus. Assists with work orders when related to HRC. Assists with daily operations and other special projects.
Program Support Assistant - Academics (Athletics) - 525743
The Program Support Assistant works under the supervision of the Assistant Athletics Director for Academics and the Deputy Director of Student Services. Supports one of the following units within Athletic Student Services: Advising, Tutorial Support, Learning Support, or Student-Athlete enhancement.
Engineering Internship - Energy Management - 525731
The Engineering Intern supports the Energy Management staff. Assists with projects related to HVAC Design, HVAC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, utility meter reading and data evaluation, building automation systems, energy dashboard evaluation, and building energy audits.
Marketing Internship - Energy Management - 525732
The Student Marketing Intern engages students, faculty, and staff through various forms of media and events to encourage Energy Conservation on The University of Alabama campus. Creates media using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software for posters, TV media, video, and more. Works with departments on campus to create energy conservation contests and events on campus. Develops marketing plans for the upcoming Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters. Acts as a liaison between UA Energy Management and the students on campus. Additional duties as assigned.
Student Assistant - Athletic Grounds - 524115
The Student Assistant assists Athletic Grounds with pregame set up, game day operations, and post-game break down for football, baseball, and softball. Assists full time staff with the day-to-day operations of the ground’s maintenance crew. Assists Director of Sports Fields with regularly assigned tasks. Helps respective field manager as needed during scheduled shift. Restocks refrigerators in Grounds Shops with drinks. Performs light cleaning/organizational tasks around Grounds Shop. Fills up turf equipment with fuel. Cleans equipment as needed. Assists with general groundskeeping duties such as walk mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing.

The Content Tutors tutor/teach course content. Guide students in meeting academic deadlines. Assist in the development of general study, planning, and time-management skills. Student Assistant Teacher - The Children's Program - CDRC - 525659
The Student Assistant Teacher works with the classroom teaching team. Provides a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 2 months to 5 years of age. Works closely with the lead classroom teacher in planning for, and managing, a classroom of children. Assumes the lead role with the children when the lead teacher is working with students, parents, administrators and/or faculty. Monitors and documents activities for the practicum students. Supervises the interns and substitute teachers. Models developmentally appropriate practices for the students observing and participating in the classroom. Maintains and supports a safe and healthy learning environment for all children in their care. Encourages each child’s creativity and curiosity. Keeps the lead teacher informed about significant communications, events or concerns involving the staff, lab students, or parents of children in the classroom. Communicates daily reports of the children‘s activities and/or behavior to the parents during pick up at the end of the day.
Graduate Community Director - Academic Year 2025-2026 - Housing and Residential Communities - 525567
The Graduate Community Director (GCD) manages the day-to-day operations of a residential community and supervises student staff members in that community.
Graduate Student Research Assistant - Alabama Life Research Institute - 525590
The Graduate Student Research Assistant collects and analyzes data, behavioral data or neuroimaging data depending on experience. Reviews literature. Creates IRB applications. Prepares manuscripts. Assists with a host of projects for Alabama Life Research Institute research staff and collaborators. Assists with language translation services, community outreach, and community education.
Customer Service Rep - Andrew Kniphfer Allstate Agency - 525527
The Customer Service Rep answers phone calls, completes customer service requests, and engages new prospects at Andrew Kniphfer Allstate Agency.
Academic Tutor - GPA Rescue LLC - 525518
The Tutor provides 1-on-1 tutoring sessions to students in Math, Chemistry, Accounting, Physics, or Engineering. Assists students with homework, exam preparation, and concept understanding. Fosters a positive and encouraging learning environment to build student confidence and motivation. Maintains a professional and punctual schedule for all tutoring appointments.
Student Caller - Spring 2025 - National Alumni Association - 525384
The Student Caller calls and speaks with the University constituents to raise funds for the National Alumni Association and The University of Alabama. Makes over 150 calls per night to alumni, parents, and friends of the institution. Supervised by Student Calling Leads and the Calling Center Coordinator.
Graduate Student Assistant - Student Financial and Scholarships Call Center - 525418
The Graduate Student Assistant supports the Financial Aid and Scholarship Call Center. Assists students and families in the financial aid and scholarship process.
