The Data Entry Clerk assists with various data entry tasks at Khovnanian Homes. Accurately input and manage data in systems. Collaborate with team members. Ensures data integrity and completeness. Assists with social media content organization and management. Performs additional administrative tasks as needed.
Process Server/ Office Runner - Traditions Law Group - 527565
The Process Server/Office performs administrative duties for Traditions Law Group. Serves eviction notices, lawsuits, and other legal documents. Completes errands. Performs general office tasks.
Student Assistant Teacher - The Children's Program - CDRC - 526245
The Student Assistant Teacher works with the classroom teaching team. Provides a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 2 months to 5 years of age. Works closely with the lead classroom teacher in planning for, and managing, a classroom of children. Assumes the lead role with the children when the lead teacher is working with students, parents, administrators and/or faculty. Monitors and documents activities for the practicum students. Supervises the interns and substitute teachers. Models developmentally appropriate practices for the students observing and participating in the classroom. Maintains and supports a safe and healthy learning environment for all children in their care. Encourages each child’s creativity and curiosity. Keeps the lead teacher informed about significant communications, events or concerns involving the staff, lab students, or parents of children in the classroom. Communicates daily reports of the children‘s activities and/or behavior to the parents during pick up at the end of the day.
Lockout Desk Assistant - Fall 2025 - Housing and Residential Communities - 526619
The Lockout Desk Assistant assists students living in residence halls with lockouts. This position is the first point of contact for lockout issues and requires a quick and efficient response to all calls.
Marketing Student Assistant - Alabama Entrepreneurship Institute - 527238
The Marketing Student Assistant assists EDGE with a variety of marketing tasks. Creates and implements communication strategies on social media, digital signage, press releases, and campus publications.
Student Assistant Web Developer - University Libraries - 527384
The Student Assistant Web Developer performs web development in support of University Libraries FOLIO programming project contributions.
Ministry Assistant - Hope City Church - 527412
The Ministry Assistant assists in planning, preparing, and executing weekly youth gatherings, events, and outreach.
College Tutor - Applied Tutoring, LLC - 527413
The College Tutor provides instruction to students for Applied Tutoring, LLC. In-person on campus or rarely via Zoom. Possible small group tutoring locations are UA facilities or sorority/fraternity houses.
Student Graphic Designer - Bama Dining - 527389
The Student Graphic Designer creates visual content for Bama Dining themed events. Designs digital and printed material. Collaborates with the marketing team. Ensures design alignment with Bama Dining’s brand guidelines and university standards. Maintains organized files and version control. Supports event setup with visual elements.
Student Marketing Intern - Bama Dining - 527392
The Student Marketing Intern provides creative marketing support for Bama Dining. Assists in executing themed dining events and promotional campaigns. Creates engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Drafts signage, flyers, and email copies for campus-wide communications. Edits event photos/videos. Captures food features and student interactions. Supports influencer outreach and student ambassador programs. Manages giveaways, tabling events, and interactive stations. Contributes during brainstorming sessions and team meetings. Tracks engagement metrics. Assists with reporting campaign performance.
Tutor - Shelton State Community College - 527197
The Tutor provides one-on-one or group tutoring services as required. Demonstrates specific knowledge base in their subject area. Uses a microcomputer and recent editions of common application software such as Microsoft Office. Files documents in appropriate files. Uses other office equipment such as a fax machine, copier, calculator, etc. Understands and follows basic written and verbal instructions. Demonstrates a caring attitude toward students, faculty, and staff. Reports to work on time. Attends a 3-4 hour tutor training class. Assists in evaluating programs and activities. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with other administrative, faculty, and staff personnel. Attends regularly scheduled classes on the subject they are tutoring. Participates in staff and committee meetings as assigned. Communicates with other divisions appropriate items of information. Maintains confidentiality of office/student information.
Student Security Operations Center Analyst - OIT Security - 527302
The Student Security Operations Center Analyst, within UA OIT Security, supports the UA Security Operations Center (SOC). Detects and responds to security related events. Leverages relevant tools, technologies, processes, and procedures. Ensures the safe and secure operation of UA systems and networks. Responds to information security incidents and alerts. Monitors security events, alerts, and logs from various security systems. Investigates and triages security incidents to determine the severity, scope, and impact. Follows established incident response procedures and playbooks to mitigate and resolve incidents in a timely manner. Maintains accurate and detailed documentation related to security event analysis, actions taken, and resolutions for each event. Triages tickets. Additional information security tasks as assigned.
Afternoon Assistant Teacher - Chapel Hill Child Development Center - 527287
The Afternoon Assistant Teacher communicates with lead teachers information about the day, asks questions, and seeks to know children of the class. Assists children getting up, rolls up napmats, and opens snack. Engages with children socially, emotionally and through play in classroom, gym and playground areas. Works with co-teachers in assisting one another throughout the afternoon. Supervises children in play ensuring safety, health, and positive social interactions. Communicates with parents by greeting them and sharing positive information about their child's afternoon. Ensures children are constantly with the group. Maintains safe play spaces.
Bookkeeper - Hope City Church - 527288
The Bookkeeper manages and maintains accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Processes accounts payable and receivable, reconciles bank statements, and prepares financial reports. Ensures compliance with confidentiality standards and handles sensitive information with discretion. Collaborates with church leadership to support financial planning and budgeting.
Digital Engagement Student Assistant - Center for Risk and insurance Research - 527204
The Digital Engagement Student Assistant supports the Center for Risk and Insurance Research's outreach efforts. Assists with social media and digital communications. Assists with website updates.
Office Assistant - Gary Rath State Farm Insurance - 527166
The Office Assistant provides administrative support for Gary Rath State Farm Insurance. Answers phones. Takes notes. Conducts cold calls. Takes payments. Follows up on claims.
Student Caller - Fall 2025 - National Alumni Association - 527044
The Student Caller calls and speaks with the University constituents to raise funds for the National Alumni Association and The University of Alabama. Makes over 150 calls per night to alumni, parents, and friends of the institution. Supervised by Student Calling Leads and the Calling Center Coordinator.
Student Assistant - Athletic Grounds - 526793
The Student Assistant assists Athletic Grounds with pregame set up, game day operations, and post-game break down for football, baseball, and softball. Assists full time staff with the day-to-day operations of the ground’s maintenance crew. Assists Director of Sports Fields with regularly assigned tasks. Helps respective field manager as needed during scheduled shift. Restocks refrigerators in Grounds Shops with drinks. Performs light cleaning/organizational tasks around Grounds Shop. Fills up turf equipment with fuel. Cleans equipment as needed. Assists with general groundskeeping duties such as walk mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing.

Non-Exempt positions are posted a minimum of 3 days. Exempt positions are posted a minimum of 7 days.
