Student Programming Assistant - International Student & Scholar Services - 518169
The International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) Student Programming Assistant assists with ISSS programing and efforts to promote the cultural adjustment and retention of international students.  Student Programming Assistant will also be trained to help with other aspects of daily operation of the ISSS office. The University of Alabama College of Arts & Sciences and the UA Graduate School seek undergraduate students to serve as Student Ambassadors, to work with two groups of about 35 international visitors, during their separate 2-week visits in February 2022. Employment would involve approximately 5-20 hours per week and can be scheduled around students’ class schedules.
