The Student Assistant Teacher works with the classroom teaching team. Provides a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 2 months to 5 years of age. Works closely with the lead classroom teacher in planning for, and managing, a classroom of children. Assumes the lead role with the children when the lead teacher is working with students, parents, administrators and/or faculty. Monitors and documents activities for the practicum students.
