Peer mentors work directly with the Capstone Center for Student Success (CCSS) academic advisors beginning with Bama Bound Orientation to support the advising program and enhance first-time freshman student access to academic resources. Peer mentors will serve as role models for first-time freshman and are knowledgeable about campus resources, the university core requirements, campus life, and the Tuscaloosa community.
