The Membership Associate provides excellent customer service to all UREC patrons and guests. Performs accurate and efficient point of sale transactions. Responds to patron issues, complaints, and inquiries and initiates action for resolution. Shares accurate information about UREC services, membership programs, facility features, and hours of operation. Completes records and reports as required and in a timely manner. Registers/updates memberships and collects membership fees. Maintains confidentiality on all patron and business-related information. Graphic Design Student Assistant - Engineering External Affairs - 525314
The Graphic Design Student Assistant supports the Office of External Affairs for the College of Engineering by creating a wide variety of graphics for events, programs, and social media. Designs deliverables including, but not limited to, printed publications, social media graphics, flyers, brochures, event invitations, greeting cards, logos, and other branded materials.
Al's Pals Site Supervisor - 525318
The Al's Pals Site Supervisor supervises University of Alabama mentors and student leaders at a Tuscaloosa City or County elementary school site. Assists the Al's Pals Coordinator with leadership development for students participating in the Al's Pals program.

Conference Coordinator & Building Manager - Greek Assembly Hall - 525259
The Conference Coordinators and Building Managers works alongside the Greek Assembly Graduate Assistants to ensure that events are set up and ready to meet client’s expectations. Sets up and takes down tables and chairs based off the daily event sheet/calendar. Places tablecloths on tables. Provides customer service to students, clients, and visitors at the Greek Assembly Hall information desk. Answers questions via telephone and in person. Collects, logs, and stores lost and found items properly in the office. Maintains cleanliness and upholds standards. Communicates with housekeeping, building managers, and professional staff. Learns Greek Assembly Hall policies, procedures, and operations of the facility. Learns Greek Assembly Hall rules and job expectations. Knowledge of the different room orientations and equipment available. Learns basic emergency procedures. Maintains proper appearance and attire to represent the Greek Assembly Hall. The Summer Operations Manager serves an integral role in guest relations, customer service, summer operations, facilities management, and administrative tasks for groups of attendees, new freshman orientation, and summer school. Serves as a representative of The University of Alabama for thousands of students.
Tutor - GPA Rescue LLC - 525140
The Tutor provides 1-on-1 tutoring sessions to students in Math or Chemistry. Assists students with homework, exam preparation, and concept understanding. Creates a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Afternoon Teacher - Chapel Hill Child Development Center - 525143
The Afternoon Teacher assists with the supervision and well-being of children birth to five years of age in a developmentally appropriate facility. Communicates effectively with children, co-teachers, and families/parents. Ensures the safety and healthy well-being of young children. Engages with children in play, talk, and action. Cleans the work areas. Changes diapers and assists in restrooms when needed.
Broadcast Engineering Assistant - Ctr for Public Television and Radio - 525123
The Broadcast Engineering Assistant assists the Broadcast Engineering and Tech Services team with tracing and documenting audio, video, and broadcast network cable/wiring connections throughout the Digital Media Center. Creates documentation for the broadcast and production facilities. Takes pictures of equipment in Central Equipment Room (CER) racks and uses a spreadsheet to write down input/output connections. Traces each cable to its destination or source. Enters information into a program that will aid the Director of Engineering & Technical Services in creating CAD drawings. The Broadcast Engineering Assistant works in the Central Equipment Room (CER). The CER is kept to a temperature between 66 to 68 degrees, so a hoodie or jacket is recommended.
Tutor - Applied Tutoring - 525110
1-on-1 in-person on campus (or rarely via Zoom), and possibly small group tutoring on campus in UA facilities or sorority/fraternity houses.
Receptionist/Runner - Duncan Coker Associates, P.C. - 525113

The Mover/Driver provides exceptional customer service as they safely move, pack, and unpack customer’s belongings. Greets customer upon arrival at location. Makes a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude). Completes a walk-through of the premises. Works with a team of movers to load and unload moving truck. Completes paperwork and payment collection accurately. Drives and maneuvers box truck safely.
