Computer Support Technician - Ctr for Public Television and Radio - 529124
The Computer Support Technician assists the Digital Media Center’s Network Engineer with end user/workstation hardware, software, cabling, inventories/surpluses/assets, and work orders. Triages and repairs all IT hardware, software, and network related problems or ask for assistance in doing so. Assists with work order tickets for end users. Keeps all computer cabling neat throughout the entire facility. Keeps all end user workstation software up to date. Maintains all assets within the department KACE and JIRA management systems. Installs new software, hardware, and cabling. Rebuilds workstations. Moves computers. Erases hard drives. Assists with general cleaning and organizing. Assists the Network Engineer with additional tasks on an as needed basis (ex. system backups and imaging).

Digital Services Student Assistant - University Libraries - 529143
The Digital Services Student Assistant will image a variety of rare and unique Special Collections materials, following digitization and metadata standards; work with physical collections, use a variety of imaging hardware to scan items, and save files in standard formats for storage and display. The student assistant will arrange and describe archival materials in preparation for digitization, and record descriptive metadata for processed and unprocessed materials. Position duties include preparation of materials, digitization, and quality control based on professional standards. All work will be supervised by University Libraries Special Collections staff.
Student Outreach Intern - Summer 2026 - National Alumni Association - 529103
The Summer Intern for the National Alumni Association at The University of Alabama, supports the outreach and information table during Summer Orientation for incoming students.
