The Regional UA Admissions Advisor serves as the field representative for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for an assigned regional area. Recruits students to attend The University of Alabama by creating awareness about the University, its programs, and scholarship opportunities. Coordinates recruiting efforts with local alumni chapters. Identifies prospective qualified undergraduate students. Plans student receptions and counselor briefings. Analyzes data on current and future territories and markets.

The Data Engineer III designs, develops, and maintains data pipelines for processing and analyzing data under limited supervision. Ensures data quality and integrity across all pipelines. The Social Media Specialist I coordinates and maintains university presence on social media on a daily basis, including developing content to creatively communicate UA's messages on all digital platforms under immediate supervision. Responds to questions/comments on social platforms after conferring with supervisor. Tracks metrics and compiles monthly report. Monitors social media accounts and elevates concerns to supervisor. May be required to cover live events during and after work hours as needed, as well as providing backup to co-workers in social media.
Associate Director Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program - 525557
The Associate Director of the Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program coordinates and supervises the work of the Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program (ADAP). Provides clinical training for the University's law students. Fulfills public relations, public outreach, and education duties.

The Event Planner conceptualizes event theme, itinerary, etc. Develops and manages event budgets. Oversees the implementation, execution, and follow-up for events hosted on- and off-campus. Creates invitations. Selects sites. Creates seating arrangements. Negotiates with florist, caterers, event space staff, print shops, etc. Manages on-site contract staff, students, and etc.

The Data Analyst II gathers, audits, analyzes, and reports moderate- to high-complexity data under moderate supervision. Ensures data integrity. May build dashboards or reporting systems for end users, perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting to inform decision-making, or design predictive modeling or other data mining capabilities. May provide guidance and training to entry-level Data Analysts.

The Medical Billing Coder provides timely and accurate processing of billing for multi-specialty physician office visits, I/P and surgical hospital visits, and procedural coding in an academic environment.
Blackburn Fellows Coordinator - 525529
The Blackburn Fellow Coordinator leads all efforts related to The Fellows Network that promotes active participation in Blackburn Institute events and serves to advance the mission of the Blackburn Institute, serving as an active mechanism to connect Fellows to each other, Blackburn students, and the Advisory Board. Works with Fellows in throughout Alabama with dedicated volunteers organizing activities in each of the 5 major cities (Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, and Tuscaloosa) and other cities where there is a concentration of Fellows (Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Washington, DC; New York, NY; etc.) to organize, promote, and host events and regularly attends these events as a representative of the Blackburn Institute and The University of Alabama. Establishes and strengthens alumni relationships with through direct contact and management of Blackburn Connect, an online networking and mentoring platform.

The Sales Associate I performs various retail support activities under close supervision. Receives, unpacks, restocks, prices, shelves, stages, and sells merchandise. Operates cash register to complete sales. Provides customer service to patrons.

The Communications Specialist III writes and edits communications for a college, division, and/or the University under minimal supervision. Develops and implements plans, activities, and tactics to support the goals of assigned areas. Research Project Coordinator - Sea Grant - Mobile and Baldwin counties - 525535
The Research Project Coordinator supports the overall development of research project (s). Assists with project design, management, and implementation. Promotes the project and serves as liaison between the project and contacts internal and external to the University. May supervise students, provide general office assistance, create promotional materials, and assist in the development of other potential projects.

The Accountant II prepares, reconciles, and audits budgets. Prepares financial reports, invoices, schedules, and/or statements. Completes journal entries. Reviews, analyzes, and approves expenditures. Determines fund balances. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, University policies, and procedures. Provides guidance and trains entry-level accountants.
Housing and Residential Conduct Coordinator - 525520
The Housing and Residential Conduct Coordinator overall leadership and supervision for the departmental student conduct process assessment, training, and coordination of related departmental policies and procedures. Works cooperatively with Residential Communities and other Housing and Residential Communities (HRC) staff and supervisors to track specific problem behaviors and implement creative educational sanctions to eliminate such behaviors. Educates students on how their behavior negatively affects the residential communities. Develops, implements, and assesses initiatives and programs. Works closely with the Office of Student Conduct and Dean of Students office on Code of Student Conduct issues.
Marketing Clinical Instructor & Sales Program Director of Corporate Engagement - 525519
The position has two primary roles. The instructor role encompasses teaching undergraduate courses in marketing and sales. Service to the Department as the Director of Corporate Engagement for the Sales Program is also expected.
