Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs heating, plumbing, mechanical piping systems, structural steel, package boiler equipment and water treatment, kitchen equipment, auxiliary equipment, steam, water, gas systems and other building mechanical equipment; auxiliary equipment, steam, water, sewers both sanitary and storm, irrigation systems gas and air systems and other building mechanical equipment; above and underground steam, domestic water, HVAC (chilled and hot water), sanitary and storm distribution systems; firing, tending and maintaining pressure boilers to supply heat for buildings and domestic hot water. Makes limited estimates from on-site inspections. Provides work leadership to other trades personnel. Drives from site to site.

Housing Accommodation Specialist - 526143
The Housing Accommodation Specialist provides the delivery of support services and the determination and provision of reasonable housing accommodations for University students living on-campus with disabilities under general supervision. Manages and evaluates all medical accommodation requests that affect housing assignments, exemptions, and cancellations. Gathers and ensures all accommodation request documentation is received. Assists students and families with the request process. Notifies staff as needed. Ensures compliance with relevant legal mandates.
Crisis and Consultation Specialist - 526153
The Crisis and Consultation Specialist provides triage, screening, same-day consultation, and crisis intervention work to enrolled University students. Provides direct counseling services. Ensures compliance with the Counseling Center Policy and Procedure Manual.
Accounting Assistant II - 526195
The Accounting Assistant II maintains accurate financial records. Provides accounting and bookkeeping support. Assists University staff in understanding industry standards, current laws, and university policy as it relates to the financial affairs of the University. Provides guidance and trains entry-level Accounting Assistants.
