Tree Trimmer - 524567
The Tree Trimmer performs a variety of skilled tasks involved in the care, maintenance and removal of ornamental and large shade trees using specialized vehicles and equipment. Operates hand and power tools in pruning and tree maintenance. Installs cables and braces in trees to assure that trees or limbs will fall in designated areas. Climbs trees using ropes, hooks or cables. Operates a bucket truck. Works closely with Horticulturists to identify and plan work activities. Must drive and safely operate a hydraulic lift bucket truck. May act as a lead worker.
Orientation and Special Event Coordinator - 525161
The Orientation and Special Events Coordinator plans, implements, manages, and administers comprehensive high school on campus recruitment events which include Sibling Orientation Program, University Days, and other special events that relate to high school groups. Supports coordination of Bama Bound, UA's new student orientation. Assists with the supervision of undergraduate and graduate students. Assists with managing budgets.

The Staff Therapist II provides clinical services to clients. Completes client assessments. Performs case management and documentation duties. Serves as a liaison among stakeholders.
Construction Support Assistant I - 525249
The Construction Support Assistant I assists in the organization and coordination of construction office operations, procedures, and resources. Oversees the construction submittal process on all projects. Communicates and collaborates with the designer of record to retrieve and log submittals.

Research Engineer - 525260
The Research Engineer uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to perform varied scientific research requiring application and adaptation of established techniques, procedures, and criteria. Evaluates, selects, and applies standard scientific techniques, procedures, and criteria to accomplish a variety of research assignments. Performs various research projects to include conducting experiments, writing research proposals, writing technical papers and research reports.

The Purchasing Assistant aides in procurement-related activities at the college or University level.
Electrician II - 525264
The Electrician II performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the electrical trade. Installs, repairs, and performs maintenance of a wide variety of electrical equipment to include high voltage switching equipment, transformers, appliances, circuitry, and lighting systems in athletic fields (indoors and outdoors), streets, labs, classrooms and buildings. May train and supervise entry level personnel. May work with high voltage systems (480 to 12470 VAC) and at levels of thirty to one-hundred and twenty feet above ground.
Geography Teaching Assistant Professor – Renewable Contract - 525207
The Department of Geography at The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa invites applications for a renewable contract assistant professor (RCAP). The primary responsibilities of this position will be teaching and service, though some research contributions are expected. A Ph.D. degree in geography or related discipline is required. The successful candidate will also assist the Career Services Office in developing placements and programming for the Law School's Judicial Externship Program.
