The UA ACTivate Graduate Camp Counselor manages the evening and night operations of a residential community.  Works with the Academic Innovation Program Manager to supervise student workers in the community. The UA ACTivate Graduate Camp Counselor reports directly to the Academic Innovation Program Manager. The Graduate Camp Counselor must agree to be employed during both UA ACTivate camps in June and July. This job demands considerable time and energy. Night and weekend hours will be required throughout the both camps’ duration.

Graduate Student Assistant - CCSS Learning Commons - 528745
The Graduate Student Assistant (GSA) for the Learning Commons Supplemental Instruction Program (SI) oversees SI operations for the Learning Commons or at satellite location(s). Manages student employees and data, and maintains visit records. Assists and trains SI Leaders on CCSS-Learning Commons SI policies, procedures, and operations. Organizes and updates Learning Commons SI resource materials. Researches and develops SI Leader training methods. Offers suggestions for effective SI training methods. Assists with class visits, browsing fairs, and campus events to increase student awareness of services. Works with the CCSS staff to develop outreach events and ideas. Coordinates efforts with campus partners to organize and promote services at satellite SI locations. Supports evaluation efforts and offers ideas for improving evaluation tools. Provides constructive feedback to SI Leaders after observing session(s).

Helps manage and review data, contribute to research projects, and prepare technical summaries. Supports tours and outreach by communicating key information about water quality initiatives. Academic Tutor - GPA Rescue LLC - 528642
The Academic Tutor provides tutoring sessions to students in designated courses for GPA Rescue LLC. This role involves in-person tutoring sessions held at campus facilities, with occasional virtual meetings as needed. Tutors will work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce course material, build study skills, and foster academic confidence. Maintains a supportive and professional learning environment, tracks session progress, and communicates with the tutoring team regarding student needs and scheduling.
Lifeguard - SUMMER 2026 - 528585
The UREC Lifeguards ensure the safety of patrons by surveilling pool activities and enforcing all University Recreation policies, rules, and regulations during Summer 2026.
