Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests.


Additional Department Summary: Communicates with donors and alumni on behalf of the Executive Director and exhibits the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in interactions with donors, alumni, and staff at all times.


Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of administrative experience; OR associate’s degree or higher.


Skills and Knowledge: Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in the usage of personal computers and standard applications software (word processing, spreadsheet and/or database management programs). Good organizational, communication and public relation skills. Ability to maintain strict standard of confidentiality.
