Job Summary: The Parking Deck Worker assists in maintaining clean and orderly parking facilities under moderate supervision. Assists with Athletic and other special events on Campus.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
Skills and Knowledge: Basic math skills. Basic knowledge in the usage of personal computers and or handheld devices. Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to use the tools and equipment of the job. Must be able to lift 100 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified forklift operator. Experience in automobile maintenance, working outdoors, warehouse, automotive retail, stocking/receiving, construction, or other manual labor role.
