Job Summary: The Receptionist/Runner provides customer service to clients and visitors at Duncan Coker Associates. Answers phone calls, directs inquiries, and takes messages. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Provides staff support by running errands, delivering documents, and coordinating office supplies. Maintains an organized reception area. Assists with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, copying, and binding reports. Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Department Summary: The Receptionist/Runner will work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm during the summer. Duncan Coker Associates will try to work around class schedules during the fall.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Reliable transportation.
Skills and Knowledge: Good computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask. Excellent attention to detail. Dependable, responsible, and professional.
Preferred Qualifications: Office experience. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good driving record.
