Job Summary: The Runner/Receptionist provides general administrative and clerical support for Duncan Coker Associates, P.C. Greets visitors. Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Enters data, files, and makes copies. Delivers and picks up documents to and from external locations. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Drives a company vehicle.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Good driving record. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
Skills and Knowledge: Punctual. Reliable. Flexible with assignments. Good communication. Time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
