Job Summary: The Soccer Coach leads age-appropriate engaging soccer sessions. Builds strong relationships with players, families, and school or community partners. Communicates with supervisory staff regarding challenges or behavioral issues. Participates in all coach trainings and meetings.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Reliable transportation. Successfully pass criminal background check. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to relate to people from different backgrounds. Ability to motivate young people. Excellent communication skills. Conflict Resolution Skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Soccer coaching experience. United Soccer Coaches or USSF Coaching license.
