Normal Work Schedule: Flexible/Varies; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 2:00pm to 6:30pm, some Saturdays

Job Summary: The Sales Associate provides customer service at The UPS Store. Supports customers with shipping needs, returns, passport photos, faxing, scan to email, and any other basic customer service duties.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Transportation is required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.

Preferred Qualifications: Retail customer service experience preferred.
