Job Summary: The Sales Associate processes shipments for customers at The UPS Store. Prints, faxes, scans, and copies. Manages local mailbox customers. Assists with the Amazon return process for customers.


Additional Department Summary: This position is for the UPS Store located at 1105 Southview Lane, Suite 103.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation.


Skills and Knowledge: Excellent customer service skills.


Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience.
