Job Summary: The Community Engagement Coordinator supports organizations in effectively using TappedIn and maximizing engagement. Serves as the point of communication for student organizations and Greek life. Maintains and organizes contact information for groups on the platform. Serves as the point of communication for student organizations and Greek life. Actively reaches out to new groups and Greek organizations to introduce them to the platform. Guides groups and individuals through the onboarding process via Zoom. Tracks and reports on outreach efforts and onboarding progress. Collaborates with internal teams to improve user experience and troubleshoot issues.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Enrolled in a college/university; OR recent college/university graduate. Comfortable reaching out and building relationships with new organizations.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Greek life, student organizations, or campus event planning. Sales, marketing, or community outreach experience. Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or other organizational software. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
