Job Summary: The Brand Ambassador assists with customers and their orders at Woodland Cotton. Engages customers in-store. Operates equipment such as the heat press, embroidery machine, UV printer, or laser engraver. Prepares and checks the quality of customer orders. Restocks materials. Keeps the studio clean and organizes.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent customer service skills. Punctual.
Preferred Qualifications: Studying Marketing or Fashion Design. Experience in retail, gift wrapping, crafting, graphic design, or social media.
