Job Summary: Consumer First Mortgage, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Mortgage Finance Intern to support their Closing Department. The intern will report to the Northport, AL office. Daily duties involve auditing and preparing loan closing documents. The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of FHA, VA, USDA, and Fannie mortgage loans, including secondary market and legal compliance, as well as real estate and title insurance.


Required Minimum Qualifications: Sophomore or junior student majoring in finance, real estate, business, or accounting. Local to Tuscaloosa during Christmas and Summer breaks.


Skills and Knowledge: People-friendly and detail oriented.
