Enrollment Services Coordinator - 524883
The Enrollment Services Coordinator oversees registration for programs. Coordinates the management/infrastructure systems with key institutional partners (Enrollment Management, Registrar, Student Accounts, etc.).
Roofer II - 524896
The Roofer II performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of roofs of various types. Locates and repairs leaks. Repairs or installs roofs on new or old structures. May train and provide work leadership to entry level roofers. Drives from site to site.
UA ACTS Program Associate - 524898
The UA ACTS Program Associate serves as the main point-of-contact for students in the program and peer mentors. Maintains a caseload, serving as a primary mentor for several students in the program. Works with degree-seeking Autistic individuals on academic organization, social skills, daily living skills, and career building skills. Organizes and plans structured social activities for students in the program. Coordinates the program’s peer mentors. Attends campus and community outreach events.

Audio Visual Programmer I - 524429
The Audio Visual Programmer I provides application and system administration to multiple systems that provide required services to the University community. Develops and maintains new and existing programming code (C#, C++, HTML5, Java, SMPL, SIMPL+, VTPRO, Lua, etc.) to meet project specifications under general supervision. Performs intermediate level systems programming. Coordinates maintenance, operations, and upgrades of AV systems and other computing devices in AV-enabled spaces, digital signage, and emergency PA systems. Assists with day-to-day operations. May provide guidance and training to other audio visual staff.
Preschool Teacher Assistant - 524598
The Preschool Teacher Assistant provides a safe and nurturing environment for children ages two months to five years. Works closely with the preschool teacher in planning and managing a classroom of children. Assumes the lead role with the children when the preschool teacher is working with students, parents, administrators and/or faculty.

SW - Assistant Professor - Tenure/Tenure Track - 524885
The University of Alabama School of Social Work invites applications for three (3) faculty appointments at the rank of Assistant Professor (tenure-track) to begin August 2025. High priority experience areas include behavioral health, asset or strengths-based community approaches, and poverty and health disparities, but candidates with scholarship expertise in other areas are also encouraged to apply. The committee will strongly consider all areas that complement current faculty research and/or needs of the State of Alabama. The position requires a Ph.D. in Social Work or a closely related discipline and an MSW. Candidates who are ABD may also apply if successful defense of the dissertation occurs prior to appointment. A minimum of two years post-MSW practice experience is preferred. The expected start date is August 16, 2025. This is not a remote position.
SW - Instructor, Practicum Education Coordinator - 524887
The University of Alabama School of Social Work invites applications for a Practicum Education Coordinator at the rank of Instructor. This is a three-year renewable, non-tenure earning faculty position (full-time, 12-month) to begin January 2025. Successful candidates must have an MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited institution, at least three years of post-MSW social work experience, and preferably licensed to practice social work at the LCSW level in Alabama or be license-eligible. Previous practicum education experience and/or classroom teaching experience are expected. Applicants should be eager to work with students in both the undergraduate and master’s programs and have interest and expertise in reaching our diverse student body through in-person and online education. In addition, applicants will engage in developing resources and building relationship with agencies needed in practicum education. The expected start date is January 1, 2025. This is not a remote position.
SW - Clinical Assistant Professor – Renewable Contract, Non-Tenure-Track - 524888
The University of Alabama School of Social Work invites applications for three (3) faculty appointments at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor (Renewable Contract, Non-Tenure-Track) to begin August 2025. Successful candidates must have an MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited institution, at least three years of post-MSW social work experience, and a doctorate degree. A DSW or PhD in social work degree is preferred, though a doctoral degree in a related discipline will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who: (1) have teaching and curriculum development experience, especially as it pertains to best practices in online education; (2) have knowledge of social work evaluation methodologies and experience in evaluating practice; (3) have experience mentoring graduate students; and (4) have post-DSW/PhD practice experience. The expected start date is August 16, 2025. This is not a remote position.
