Provides guidance and trains entry-level accountants.
Postdoctoral Fellow - Electrical and Computer Eng - 524383
The Postdoctoral Fellow provides for an internship and continuation of scholarly activity and research after achieving the PhD or other doctoral degree under the direction of a senior faculty member who serves as a mentor for the postdoctoral appointee.
Administrative Assistant II - 525349
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests. Maintains files and enters data. Drafts and sends communications on supervisor/departmental staff behalf. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Housing and Residential Conduct Coordinator - 525520
The Housing and Residential Conduct Coordinator overall leadership and supervision for the departmental student conduct process assessment, training, and coordination of related departmental policies and procedures. Works cooperatively with Residential Communities and other Housing and Residential Communities (HRC) staff and supervisors to track specific problem behaviors and implement creative educational sanctions to eliminate such behaviors. Educates students on how their behavior negatively affects the residential communities. Develops, implements, and assesses initiatives and programs. Works closely with the Office of Student Conduct and Dean of Students office on Code of Student Conduct issues.
Research Project Coordinator - 525522
The Research Project Coordinator supports the overall development of research project (s). Assists with project design, management, and implementation. Promotes the project and serves as liaison between the project and contacts internal and external to the University. May supervise students, provide general office assistance, create promotional materials, and assist in the development of other potential projects.
Student Housing Access Associate - 525479
The Student Housing Access Associate assists with residence hall key and lock access in the department of Housing and Residential Communities.
Marketing Clinical Instructor & Sales Program Director of Corporate Engagement - 525519
The position has two primary roles. The instructor role encompasses teaching undergraduate courses in marketing and sales. Service to the Department as the Director of Corporate Engagement for the Sales Program is also expected.
Assistant Director Counseling Center - 524893
The Assistant Director of the Counseling Center assists with the oversight of direct service, training, and administrative functions necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Counseling Center. Provides oversight of staff therapist through matrix reporting structure. Provides leadership of program(s) and/or specialized therapy area(s).

Police Field Training Officer - Department Only Search - 525498
The Police Field Training Officer facilitates field learning to ensure that officer recruits acquire the knowledge and skills to become a successful UAPD Police Officer. Serves in an ongoing role as a mentor, role model, and educational resource for recruits and fellow employees. Provides support to the unit leader. Performs standard Police Officer duties while not conducting field trainings.
Instructional Designer I - 525510
The Instructional Designer I assists and supports the creation robust and interactive online courses for credit and non-credit courses through technical work under general supervision.

The Police Officer Trainee I completes UAPD in-house orientation, APOST Academy, and Field Training and Evaluation Program required to become a Police Officer.

The Accounting Assistant III maintains accurate financial records. Provides accounting and bookkeeping support. Assists University staff in understanding industry standards, current laws, and university policy as it relates to the financial affairs of the University. Provides guidance, trains, and/or may train entry-level Accounting Assistants.
