Assistant Director Admissions Campus Visits - 526950
The Assistant Director of Admissions Campus Visits oversees all aspects of the University’s Campus Visit program including daily campus tours, group tours, and in-depth visits. Ensures sufficient coverage to assist visiting prospective students and their guests in the office of Undergraduate Admissions and the Welcome Center.
Student Services Associate I - 526951
The Student Services Associate I provides administrative support to the Office of the University Registrar with particular emphasis on the use of technology in providing service to students and others. Assists with registration, student withdrawal processing, grading, transcript production and enrollment and degree verification. Maintains detailed academic records for all University of Alabama students. Provides administrative support to faculty and staff with regard to registration-related processes.
Groundskeeping Spray Technician - 526960
The Groundskeeping Spray Technician applies herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers in roadsides, ditches, easements, ornamental plants, etc. Inventories, distributes, stores, and purchases herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers. Mixes herbicides and chemicals for the purpose of spraying. Calibrates computer equipment and calculates percentages desired in the mix of various herbicides. Plans and carries out work, resolving any problems in accordance with instructions, policies and accepted practices, and federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Drives various vehicles from site to site. May serve as a lead worker over other Grounds employees.

The LPN facilitates quality patient care within the scope of licensure.
Bindery Operator III - 526891
The Bindery Operator III calculates and cuts stock for printing. Trims printed material. Sets-up and operates a variety of equipment in preparing material for binding. Provides guidance, training, and/or oversight to other Bindery Operators.

The Library Public Services Assistant assists patrons in the use of the library and its resources. Creates, edits, and maintains records in libraries online database system. Supports various library units depending upon department assigned, any of the following: reserves and current periodicals, circulation, interlibrary loan, acquisitions and government documents, library ordering, purchasing and budgeting. Obtains and lends materials outside the University campus. Provides routine library facilities and equipment support. May supervise student workers.
School Student Recruitment Coordinator - 526606
The School Student Recruitment Coordinator organizes and coordinates the recruitment operations for the school. Seeks out potential candidates by representing the school at high schools, community colleges, and professional association gatherings. Coordinates and/or delivers the school's presentations at campus recruitment events. Develops and executes initiatives focused on enhancing student recruitment rates.
Custodial Project Worker - 526288
The Custodial Project Worker performs restorative, intermediate, and routine maintenance on all types of soft and hard floor surfaces. Provides technical skills and knowledge of the equipment, techniques, and procedures needed to respond to emergencies and special cleaning problems. Ensures proper chemical mixing and usage of stripper, proper application and removal of stripper off baseboard, proper brush selection and usage, proper rinsing and testing procedures.
ACCESS Technology Program Manager - 526913
The ACCESS Technology Program Manager provides technical support of courses. Evaluates and implements new technology for staff and ACCESS stakeholders including software applications, hardware, web-based materials, ACCESS Franchise model, and services.
Groundskeeper - 526916
The Groundskeeper provides basic labor for landscape and flower installation and maintenance. Works outdoors in all types of weather. Drives University vehicles such as trucks, golf carts, mowers, and tractors from site-to-site.
Academic Advisor II - 526917
The Academic Advisor II provides guidance to University students on academic progress, courses, University resources, etc. Identifies courses to be completed in upcoming semesters. Explains University and College policies. Provides guidance and trains entry-level advisors. May teach compass course as needed.

The Police Officer Trainee II completes UAPD in-house orientation and APOST Academy and Phases required to become a Police Officer.
Police Officer Trainee I - 526783
The Police Officer Trainee I completes UAPD in-house orientation, APOST Academy, and Field Training and Evaluation Program required to become a Police Officer.
Police Officer Trainee III - 526784
The Police Officer Trainee III completes UAPD in-house orientation required to become a Police Officer.

The Building Services Assistant performs a wide variety of manual and technical duties in the maintenance and repair of campus buildings.
