Randall Research Scholars Program Coordinator - 528750
The Randall Research Scholars Program Coordinator oversees all aspects of the Randall Research Scholars Program. Manages program budget including endowed funds and scholarships. Creates stewardship reports. Maintains alumni relations including the Seebeck Society and Randall Research Scholars Alumni Organization. Recruits and retains students to the program. Provides student advising and counseling including all freshman mid-semester check-ins for fall and spring. Manages the program's research lab. Hires, trains, and manages student lab managers. Oversees process for and organizes events for programmatic awards. Serves as Honors College liaison to the Office of Information Technology.

The Event Planner conceptualizes event theme, itinerary, etc. Develops and manages event budgets. Oversees the implementation, execution, and follow-up for events hosted on- and off-campus. The Benefits Specialist II serves as the subject matter expert for benefit programs and associated policies and procedures.

The Medical Insurance Clerk I processes insurance claims submitted for reimbursement. Communicates with insurance carriers and patients on coverage and payment requirements to facilitate timely reimbursement on outstanding claims.
