Job Summary: The Ministry Assistant provides administrative assistance to the Associate Pastors. The Ministry Assistant will meet weekly with the Associate Pastors to receive instruction and guidance on the tasks that are needed.

 

Administrative duties vary, and may include the following, under the direction of the Associate Pastors:

  • create and manage social media posts/content
  • create content for paper invitations, posters, communications, etc.
  • maintain and update ministry forms, documents, reservations and registrations
  • communicate with church members, staff, outside vendors, etc.
  • other administrative tasks as needed

Required Minimum Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer/digital proficiency. Social media and basic graphic design skills. Ability to meet deadlines with a significant amount of autonomy. Excellent organizational skills.


Skills and Knowledge: Phone etiquette and video conference experience.
