Provides technical skills and knowledge of the equipment, techniques, and procedures needed to respond to emergencies and special cleaning problems. Ensures proper chemical mixing and usage of stripper, proper application and removal of stripper off baseboard, proper brush selection and usage, proper rinsing and testing procedures.

The Custodial Team Lead provides guidance and leadership to custodians in the performance of day-to-day duties. Performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, polishes and dusts furniture, and cleans restrooms, windows, blinds, mirrors, etc. in buildings across campus.

Electrician II - 526537
The Electrician II performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the electrical trade. Installs, repairs, and performs maintenance of a wide variety of electrical equipment to include high voltage switching equipment, transformers, appliances, circuitry, and lighting systems in athletic fields (indoors and outdoors), streets, labs, classrooms and buildings. May train and supervise entry level personnel. May work with high voltage systems (480 to 12470 VAC) and at levels of thirty to one-hundred and twenty feet above ground.
