The Al's Pals Coordinator runs the day-to-day operations of the program. Partners directly with local elementary schools, community agencies, school boards, principals, teachers, and administrators on behalf of the program. Provides students with an engaging and rewarding leadership experience as they serve as one-on-one mentors or student leaders in the Al's Pals after school program for children in the Tuscaloosa Community. Oversees the management of all aspects of the after-school programming (curriculum development, recruitment and training of mentors, grant writing, reporting, risk management, etc.).
