Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm; some nights & weekends required
Job Summary: The Marketing Database Coordinator utilizes relational databases for the purpose of generating marketing materials and communication efforts.
Additional Department Summary: Implements the UA Early College communication plan. Develops and manages interactions with students, parents, and educators. Adds new admits. Assists recruitment efforts through the Slate customer relationship management system. Ensures data is clean and correct in the Slate CRM.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of database, data analysis, and/or market data experience; OR master's degree and some database, data analysis, and/or market data experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
Willing to work some nights and some weekends. Willing to travel occasionally to recruitment events.
Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with various groups of high school-age students, parents, and educators. Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Slate CRM. Creative writing experience and/or email marketing experience.
